William Joseph McCollum, 59, of Franklin, passed away on March 1st, 2018 at his residence.Bill was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 11th, 1958.He served in the U.S. Army where he received his Army Service Ribbon.Bill worked at KB Pizza and Vision Quest.Left to cherish his memory is his long time companion, Connie Edge of Oil City.As per the family's request, there will be no visitation or service observed.Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery where Military Honors will be accorded by the V.E.T.S.
