  1. I very much appreciated Bill attending Wayne Harton’s funeral. It was good seeing him again. My dad was Don Harton, whose mother was Nellie Heffern. Nellie and Vinnie were sisters. At one time in my life, we lived at 44 Venango, next door to Uncle Ted and Aunt Vinnie. They were one of the first to have a TV (circa, 1950). I also remember Bill bringing Spanish moss from the “south” and hanging it on a backyard tree. Can you believe Uncle Ted cutting off a chicken’s head and watching it run around in the backyard??? Oh, yes.

    Some happy times.

    Larry Harton
