Timothy J. McLaughlin Timothy J. McLaughlin, 33, of 430 Elk Street, Franklin, passed away at his residence. Born April 14, 1976 in Franklin, he was the son of Charles D. McLaughlin and Mary K. Stanton Johnson. Timothy was employed by Liberty Electronics as an Assembler. He was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. He enjoyed camping, fishing and the outdoors. Timothy is survived by his father, Charles D. McLaughlin and his wife, Judith, of Oil City, and his mother, Mary K. Johnson and her husband, Donald E., of Reno; his three brothers, David M. McLaughlin and his wife, Deborah of Harborcreek, Pennsylvania, Kevin J. McLaughlin of Clarion, and John P. McLaughlin of Pittsburgh; and his two sisters, Christine M. Maxon and her husband, Frederick, of Franklin, and Diane M. Buckley and her husband, Scott, of Andover, New Jersey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. A Memorial Mass for Timothy will be held at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church on 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 with Rev. Thomas Aleksa as celebrant. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. at the church prior to the Memorial Mass. The family suggest that memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, Ohio 44720.   2. Dear McLaughlin Family, Our sympathies are with you in the loss of your son. We were neighbors of yours on Ninth Street many years ago and our sons played together. Jeff Our son, I believe was David or Kevin’s age. We understand the loss of a child as we lost Jeff over 17 years ago to a tragic accident. Please know we will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
