Robinette Delores Boyer, 76, of Franklin died at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2011 at Sugar Creek Station in Franklin. Born March 4, 1935 in Franklin, she was the daughter of the late Homer Donald and Florence M. Wygant Boyer. Robinette worked as a residential aide for Polk Center until her retirement in 1992. She was a member of the Fox Street Church of God, the Women's Club of Franklin, and the Gallivanters Club. She is survived by several cousins and her pets. She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends will be received at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from 10-11 a.m. Funeral services for Robinette will be held following visitation at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Lonny Wolford of the Fox Street Church of God, officiating. Interment will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery. robinette, i am so sorry that i didn’t see you before you passed on. you were such a wonderful neighbor for many, many years and such a blessing to be a part of my life! i’m sure you and mom are doing alot of catching up. until we meet again my friend!
