My deepest sympathy to Richard’s family. I taught Richard in 3rd grade, and have very fond memories of him.
I am so saddened to hear of Rich’s passing. I don’t live in the area and haven’t seen Rich for a very long time. I went to Edinboro and lived with Rich for two years. Rich always had a smile and quick rebuttal if he didn’t believe what you were saying and I enjoyed stirring his pushbacks. Rich was kind and considerate to everyone and was always the first person to lend a hand. Always exceptionally generous and just easy to get along and spend those crazy college days. My condolences to all of his family members. I am so sorry for your loss. Rest In Peace roomie!! Doug Carpenter
