Any excuse to decorate for a special event or day brought him immense joy and he loved to watch parades; he would often be found walking alongside the V.E.T.S. Honor Guard during some of them. His absolute favorite holiday was the 4th of July, because of the beautiful and exciting fireworks. Randy will be forever remembered and missed by his two brothers, David B. I have such precious memories of Randy from when I was with his uncle Mike, especially when we would babysit them. His trip down town with his pop & cigarettes in all his pockets. He always referred to me as Aunt Deb when I’d see him on one of my trips up north. You’ll be Greatly missed Randy.. You’re with the other angels from our family now.. Your grandparents, mom, dad, Bobby, Mikki & your uncle Mike & cousin Bruno. Fly high with those Angels Randy. My Sincerest loving heartfelt condolences & sympathy to Steve & Dave & their families .
He could not wait for me to get to the reunion so he could tease me about going in the creek. I remember one time at reunion we all went swimming everyone said he wouldn’t come in. He did and stood by me the hole time. You will be so missed.

Anything we had going on at Morning Haus, Randy was there. He loved my daughter Katie and my son Jeffrey and they loved him too! He watched them grow up from the time they were born. They came to Morning Haus for special events and Randy was right there with them trying to be helpful. I will miss him. RIP my friend.
I will miss you so much Randy
To all the Novak family, Our thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathies go out to all of you. Randy was such a kind, loving soul. He joy and laugh was pretty infectious. I know he suffered alot of health issues. But now he is whole and healed. God gained a special Angel. Joe, Lois, Brian and Amy Carr
Dear family, I am truly sorry to hear about Randy. Even though I have not seen him in many years I have fond memories of Him. He was always friendly and kind to me. Sometimes while living in Franklin I would run into him and we would talk about this and that and how We were both doing. During those talks it was evident that he loved his family. I know he must have suffered a lot in his later years with health issue. We all can take comfort that He suffers no more. So we must say good bye to a brother, cousin, and friend. So until we meet again my cousin, may God take care of you. I will see you when this old world is made new. God bless you all. Your Cousin, Paul Matthews
My deepest sympathy to Randy’s family and friends. I had the pleasure of knowing him. He stopped in very frequently to our business on seneca street to say hi to everyone. He was always happy and loved joking around with everyone. He will be greatly missed.
Randy held a special place in my heart. He visited me many times each day in my office at Sugar Creek Station. He loved our cats, though his favorite was Louise. It was his idea to have a fire work display at Sugar Creek Station, which became a reality and a yearly event. He also loved Halloween and “scared” us with a toy spider regularly. He was the President and Founder of the Dead Level Fan Club. He wore his emotions on his sleeve and when he was happy he had an infectious laugh. He had a caring heart for those he loved. I will miss my buddy.
