Mrs. Peggy Lou Stivanson Ace Cetto Neath, 76, of Eustis, Fla., died at 8:31 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, following a brief illness. Born Nov. 20, 1932, in Oil City, she was the daughter of Archibald and Marybell Niceley Stivanson. She completed high school and pursued a nursing degree. Peggy was a member of St. Phillips Lutheran Church in Mt. Dora, Fla. She worked at Franklin Hospital as a nurse's aide until her medical retirement. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing cards with her family and friends. Peggy married Gerald Ace, Joseph Cetto and Russell Neath. Gerald Ace and Joe Cetto preceded her in death. Peggy is survived by her husband, Russell Neath of Eustis, Fla.; four children, Melvin Ace and his wife, Michaeleen, of Franklin, David Ace and his wife, Stephanie, of Franklin, Joyce Gianangeli and her husband, Larry, of Leesburg, Fla., and Sandra Mitcham and her husband, Mark, of The Villages, Fla.; and two stepchildren, Mary Neath Norwell and her husband, John, of Oregon, Wis., and Patty Cetto Anderson of Lake Havasu, Ariz. She also is survived by nine grandchildren, Daniel and Shelley Cooper, Jason and Justin Ace, Kevin, Curtis, Corey and Benjamin Ace, and Kristopher Heeter; and 18 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and first two husbands, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Vernon, William and Jack Stivanson; and two sisters, Edith Henderson and Betty Weaver. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at Victory Heights United Brethren in Christ Church. The family respectfully suggests that memorial contributions be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Road, Tavares, Fla., 32778.
