Guestbook

  1. The Lynch family lived on Alden Street and were on my newspaper route when I delivered the Tribune. I have known Mike since then in the 60s. I always enjoyed seeing and talking with Mike. Myself and everyone else liked him. He was a good person. God bless him and his family.

  2. Deepest sympathy to Mikes family. I worked with Mike at the City Fire Department. Mike was a great guy and pleasure to work with. He will be missed.

  3. I worked with Mike at Central Fire Station and also Pa. Fire Equipment. He was also a neighbor to my parents on Cutler Street. With Mike’s passing it only leaves 4 original Firemen that he worked with at Central Station. Prayers to his Family.

  4. St. Agatha Class of ’62 will miss Mike. We’re glad he and Mary Ann made the 60th reunion last summer. He has many classmates welcoming him home. Eternal joy to all.
    Sincerely,
    Claire Greene Miller Petruso

  5. I knew Mike as a dad and grandfather. My condolences to I remember him as always having a smile to offer. My condolences to Mike’s children, grandchildren, and siblings who have touched my life in a special way. My heart bleeds for you as you work through this tremendous loss. May God hold each one of you in the palm of his hand. Pat Schutz

  6. “Now cracks a noble heart…
    Good night, sweet prince
    And flights of angels sing
    thee to thy rest!”
    …Hamlet, Act v, Sc.2

Mike will always be in the air that we breathe.

“May the road rise to meet you
May the wind always be at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face
May the rains fall soft upon your fields
    And until we meet again
May God hold you in the palm of His hand”

    “A new and perfect body
    has entered into paradise
a soul has left this struggle
    and entered eternal rest
a life has ceased its mortal beating
and heaven has gained a saint
    for a faithful disciple
    has been set free
    and has joined eternity”
    ….Ray Foss

“….Living, to wing with mirth the weary hours,
    Or with romantic tales the heart to cheer;
Dying, to leave a memory like the breath
Of summers full of sunshine and of showers,
A grief and gladness in the atmosphere.”
    ……………Longfellow

“Viva enim mortuorum in memoria vivorum est posita.”
(The life of the dead is retained in the memory of the living.)
