Michael Alan Campbell

November 3, 1948 ~ March 3, 2026

Born in: Grove City, Pennsylvania
Resided in: Harrisville, Pennsylvania

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Alan Campbell, who left us on March 3, 2026. Born on November 3, 1948, in Grove City, PA, Mike made his home in Harrisville, where he lived a life full of passion and joy. He married the love of his life, Diana Kilgore on August 28, 1966.

Mike was a proud foreman at Joy Manufacturing, working hard in the manufacturing industry. He was a dedicated father to his children, Gregory S. Campbell and Julie A. Hoffman, both of Harrisville, and a loving grandfather to his three grandchildren: Scott (KayLynn) Campbell of Jackson Center, Derek Campbell of Slippery Rock, and Brady Hoffman of Harrisville. His love for family was only matched by his other passions, which included hunting, camping, tinkering with his beloved 1940’s Farm All Cub, and horseback riding.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, his parents, a brother, Bill Campbell, and two sisters, Pam Parton and Jeanie Ward.

As we celebrate Mike’s life, family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin on March 8, 2026, at 3:00 pm to 7:00pm. A funeral service will be held the following day, March 9, 2026, at 11:00 am with Pastor Dave Smith, Officiating. After the service, he will be laid to rest at Clintonville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions in Mike’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, https://donorservices.alz.org, in honor of the cherished moments we shared.

    • I work with Mike as a supervisor for several years, he was a very knowledgeable man, I will miss him deeply

  1. I am sad to read about Mike’s passing. My husband Mark worked for many years alongside Mike at the Joy and had much respect for him. Mark also has Alzheimer’s. My heart goes out to the family.

  2. Mike was one of the best supervisors I ever worked with, a no nonsense drama free leader. I learned a lot about leadership from Mike and have thought of him often since our Joy days. One of the very best supervisors and people I have known. May he rest in peace.

  3. A kind and gentle man … Such a loss for family and all who knew him. I pray his family finds peace …. especially Julie who addressed his every need. God Bless.

  4. My husband and myself worked with Mike. He was the best foreman we had. So sorry for your loss.
