Marion Joanne Schreck
June 20, 1933 ~ August 19, 2016
MEADVILLE - Marion Joanne Riddle Schreck, 83, of Meadville, passed away, Friday, August 19, 2016 at Crawford County Care Center. She was born on June 20, 1933 in Harrisville, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Roy Riddle and Carrie B. Lynch Riddle. On March 3, 1952, she married Albert Schreck, he survives.
She was a member of the Park Congregational Church, Sweet Adelines International, and the Meadville Elks Club. Marion was an avid antique collector.
In addition of her loving husband, Albert of 64 years, she is survived by her three daughters, Carrie Kurt of Uniontown, PA, Cathy Bly and her husband, George of Meadville, and Caren Flowers of Meadville; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister, Charlotte Alison of Slippery Rock.
She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and four sisters.
Family and friends are welcome to call on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. with the funeral service to follow at 6:00 P.M. with Pastor Dave Brumagin, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Marion’s memory can be made to the Alzheimers Association, 1600 Peninsula Drive, Erie, PA 16505.
