Lucille M. Mailliard, 92, formerly of Morgan Street, Meadville, passed away, Sunday, March 25, 2012 at Wesbury United Methodist Retirement Community. She was born July 2, 1919 in Meadville, a daughter of Edward G. Jannot and Mary M. Theuret Jannot. She married Kenneth L. Mailliard on October 12, 1940, he preceded her in death on January 3, 2002.
She was a graduate of Saint Agatha High School and Meadville Commercial College.
Lucille retired from Spencer Hospital working in the Medical Records Department.
She was a member of Saint Agatha Roman Catholic Church where she was active in the Altar Rosary Society.
She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed playing cards, quilting, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by two sons, Donald P. Mailliard and his wife Christine of Wendell, North Carolina and Edward A. Mailliard and his wife Joyce of Meadville; two daughters, Mary Clever and her husband Larry of Schaumburg, Illinois and Rosanne Mailliard of Meadville; eleven grandchildren, David Orlop and his wife Penny of Cambridge Springs, Dr. Stanley Orlop and his wife Jodi of Perrysburg, Ohio, Matthew Orlop and his wife Mari of Cambridge Springs, Mark Orlop of Cambridge Springs, Donna Stear and her husband Ron of Clayton, North Carolina, Donald Mailliard of Raleigh, North Carolina, Christopher Mailliard and his wife Emily of Reidsville, North Carolina, R. Steven Kamienski and his wife Jill of Pittsburgh, Sgt. Paul Clever and his wife Ashley of Fort Polk, Louisiana, Jana Clever and her husband Nate Sharadin of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and Molly Clever and his fiance Crosby Hipes of College Park, Maryland; twelve great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, Kenneth of 61 years she was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Janet Orlop; a brother, Merle Jannot; and two infant grandchildren.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, March 28th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Roofner-Collins-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville. A prayer vigil services will be held at the funeral home at 5:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 29th at 10:00am at Saint Agatha Roman Catholic Church, 353 Pine Street, Meadville, with Father David Poulson of Saint Bernadette Roman Catholic Church, as celebrant.
Burial will follow in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, Pettis.

Ed & Joyce, we lost one of my sisters this past week and the feelings and expressions of condolences from family and friends had an impact on how we dealt with the loss. The words might not have been perfect but the feelings that came from our friends helped. Please remember we will always be your friends. Please don’t hesitate to turn to us for anything.
