Kay Manning
Keith “Butch” Dewayne Orr, 67, of Oil City passed away on May 14, 2026 at UPMC Northwest.
Born in Oil City on March 4, 1959, he was the son of the late Donald R. and Shirley A. (Daugherty) Orr.
Butch loved loved trains, motorcycles, big trucks, and school buses. He enjoyed watching car races and was a football as a Steelers fan. When he was able, he enjoyed trips to the zoos, watching parades, riding on the OC & T railroad, seeing a good Sea Wolves game, and watching the airplanes at Franklin Airport.
His smile and laughter could brighten any room and he’ll surely be missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
He is survived by his brother, Richard “Ricky” Orr of Franklin; his aunts Marilyn Sutley of Franklin, Kathleen “Kay” Manning of Utica; his nephew Robert Orr of Meadville; his niece Tennille Orr of Pittsburgh; and his housemate Lewie.
