Kay “Katie” Elaine Faulkner, 70, passed away on June 22, 2026 of natural causes with family at her side.

Born on December 2, 1955 in Franklin, she was the daughter of the late Ray and Josephine Andre.

On May 11, 1974, she married Paul Ruminski and they divorced August 20, 1979. She married Allen Krepp on June 1, 1981 and they divorced on January 19, 1989. Then she found the love of her life with Robert Faulkner and they married on August 19, 1989 and have been happily married for 36 years.

She has a daughter Megan Walker and her partner, Greg Valencia.

She worked at Polk Center as a Residential Service Aide for 30 years and retired in 2010.

Her hobbies include crocheting, reading, and making jewelry.

In addition to her husband and daughter, she leaves behind her grandson Aiden Andre and his partner Kiera Stiglets and her great granddaughter Raya Andre.

Guests are invited to Gardiner-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA on Thursday, July 2nd from 11 am until the Celebration of Katie’s Life starting at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Matt Blake, pastor of East Grove Church, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Venango County Humane Society, 286 S. Main Street, Seneca, PA 16346.
