Katie M. Huff CONNEAUTVILLE - Katie M. Huff, 91, of Rolling Fields, Conneautville, died there on Monday, June 1, 2009.She was born in Witchita, Kan., on March 18, 1918, a daughter of Moses and Elizabeth Hostettler Borntreger. She married Charles C. Clark, William Sheckler and then Edward E. Huff. They preceded her in death.She was a retired housekeeper with Thunderbird School of Global Management, Phoenix, Ariz.She enjoyed playing cards and Scrabble. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Linesville.Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Mae Yoder of St. Paul Homes, Greenville, and Mary Etta Buttray and her husband, Karl, of Meadville; a son-in-law, Gerald Kegley of Meadville; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three sisters, Susie Auker of Middlefield, Ohio, Lydia Nussbaum of Orville, Ohio, and Gertrude Herr of Granton, Wis.; a brother, Noah William Borntreger of Middlefield; two half-sisters, Linda Quinley of Rome City, Ind., and Kathy Robards of Wolcottville, Ind., and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents and her husbands, she was preceded in death by nine siblings, Mary Yoder, Eli Borntreger, Adam Borntreger, Emma Borntreger, Nettie Borntreger, Christian Borntreger, Clara Bissell, Moses Melvin Borntreger and David Joseph Borntreger; a son, William James Clark; a daughter, Clara Ilean Kegley; a granddaughter, Katrina Clark; and a son-in-law, David Yoder.Calling hours will be today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home Inc., 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.The funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 5564 W. Center Road, Linesville, with the Rev. Keith Myers officiating.Burial will be in Denny Cemetery, Vernon Township.The family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 110 W. 10th St., Suite 212, Erie, Pa. 16501; or to Rolling Fields, 9108 State Highway 198, Conneautville, Pa. 16406.
