Kathryn Patton RIO RANCHO, N.M. - Kathryn Patton, 88, formerly of Meadville, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, in Rio Rancho, N.M.Kathryn was born to Glenn and Irene Proper, and raised in Meadville. She and her husband, Norman, moved to Rio Rancho in 1991.Kathryn became a medical masseuse, graduating from Great Lakes Medical College in Cleveland, Ohio, obtaining first her high school diploma and then her certification. She began her practice in Shaker Heights, Ohio, relocating to Santa Fe, N.M., then returning to Meadville.Kathryn was a long-time member of Sunnyside Mennonite Church.She is survived by her husband, Norman Patton, of the home; three sons, Richard Halsaver and his wife, Donna, Kenneth Halsaver, and Robert Halsaver and his wife, Eileen; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.A private family service will be conducted at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home Inc., 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.Burial will take place at Greendale Cemetery.
