Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Megan and family, So sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I remember when Joe would come into work to see Maria, and it was very evident the love the two of them shared. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was a wonderful man. Rest assured he has been reunited with his ‘gentle breeze’ Maria. Love you Megan. My sympathies.

  2. To Joe and Maria’s Family,
My deepest sympathy to all of you. Though I didn’t know your Dad, I knew he had to be a special person because of the love your Mom had for him. With the passing of my husband I had hoped to reconnect with my friend (M&M) and to meet your Dad, but it’s not to be… I think of your Mom often.., and will always keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. I am deeply saddened by the news of Joey’s passing. I am so sorry that we cousins – all of us – have not kept better contact with each other. Too few of us have recently begun communicating. Because of that, I am able to tell you children of Joey and Maria that I will pray for them both. Be strong and keep in touch with each other.

  7. Joe and I met at Penn State in 1968. Joe came to my wedding in 1970 in State College, PA and we stayed in touch ever since. I am so saddened to hear of his passing. I loved Joe and Maria. Joe died on the same day this year as my younger brother. My last visits to Meadville were in October of 2009 before Maria passed away, and then the following year in October of 2010. I’ve got a few great photos from a 1990 visit with all 4 daughters.
