JOHN "BILLY"W. WARNER John "Billy" W. Warner, 52, of West Elm Street, Titusville, went to be with the Lord at 2:55 p.m. , Sunday, February 13, 2011 at the Meadville Medical Center. Born August 27, 1958 in Franklin, John was the son of John G. Warner and the late Janet M. Warner. He had been employed at Homerwood Wood Products in the Milling Department. He graduated in 1979 from the Western PA School for the Deaf, where he had attended since the age of five. He enjoyed raising flowers, gardening, building model cars, collecting PEZ containers and car cruises. John is survived by his brothers, Joseph L. Warner and his wife, Norma, of Oil City, and Jerry L. Warner of Franklin. He is also survived by his nephews and niece, David Warner and his wife, Sheena, of Oil City, Andrew Warner and his fiancee', Jane Brown, of Franklin, and Robbie Jenkins and Darcie Jenkins, both of Oil City. He is additionally survived by his special aunts, Linda Umstead of Seneca and Renee Spencer of Oil City. In addition to his mother, John was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Nellie Warner; his maternal grandparents, James and Gladys Strawbridge; and his cousin, Scott Spencer. Family and friends of John will be received on Tuesday, February 15 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin. Funeral Services for John will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 16 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Eric Reamer, pastor of the Oil City Free Christian Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Black Ash Cemetery.
