Joan M. Ezor

Joan M. Ezor Joan M. Ezor, 85, of Wesbury United Methodist Retirement Community, Meadville, died there Thursday, Sept. 10, 2009. She was born in Meadville on Dec. 23, 1923, a daughter of Herman and Ethel Hank Ezor. She retired from G.C. Murphy Co. after 35 years. She was a member of the Red Hats at Wesbury, and St. Agatha Church. Survivors include a sister-in-law, Carolyn I. Ezor of Meadville; and a niece, Margaret Sackett of Meadville. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Frederick Ezor; and three sisters, Marian Ezor, Virginia Ezor and Helen Ezor. Calling hours will be Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home Inc., 544 Chestnut St., Meadville, with a vigil prayer service at 7:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Agatha Church, 353 Pine St., Meadville, with Father Raymond Gramata of St. Agatha's as celebrant.
