Janet L. Deeter Brown, 85, of Conneaut Lake, passed away peacefully at Meadville Medical Center on Sunday May 1, 2022.
Born in Meadville, Pennsylvania on February 18, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Thomas R. Deeter and Geraldine Deshner. She was raised by her grandparents Leslie and Effie Deshner who preceded her in death. Janet married the love of her life, Arthur R. Brown, February 15, 1986; he preceded her in death on October 12, 2014.
She graduated Meadville High School class of "55" and worked at Talon from 1955 to 1968. She enjoyed roller skating, dancing, camping, reading and going to the movies. She also enjoyed 10 years being a snowbird going to Florida.
Left to share her memories are her children; Tammy Price of Meadville and Timothy (Kristen) Ellis of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren; Brandy (Matt) Rottman, Stephanie (Timothy) Proper, Nicholas Price, Sam Ellis; great grandchildren; Blake and Parker Rottman, Penelope, Adelina, and Dean Proper; her sisters, Karen (Ken) Lampe of Florida and Martha Chrzanowski of Edinboro; brother, Jack Leonard of California; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Pat Toboz and Janice Potter.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Janet's neighbors, Jackie and Bill Sherry, Shirley White, Krista and Jason Roessing, and Nancy August.
In addition to her husband; she was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Fred Leonard; a brother in law, Don Chrzanowski; and a sister, Charlotte Beck
There will be no services at this time.
Burial will take place in Roselawn Cemetery, Vernon Township.
