Ivan Lee Chaffee

Ivan Lee Chaffee, 71, of Union City, passed away on October 27, 2022. Born on June 15, 1951, he was the son of the late Milton and Marjorie (Earll) Chaffee. On August 24, 1995, he married the former Linda Hill. She survives him. Ivan was known as the "Tractor Doctor" and could fix just about anything that had an engine. He enjoyed tinkering around the house and fixed whatever was needed repaired. He attended the Lincolnville Baptist Church. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Linda; his son, Scott Chaffee and his wife, Kim, of Karns City, PA; his step-children, Tyson Barnett and his wife, Lani, of Greene, NY, Jason Barnette and his wife, Jeannette, of Greenville, NC and Tonya Shipman and her husband, David, of Asheville, NC; his 10 grandchildren and his 3 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his siblings, Wayne Chaffee and his wife, Kate, of Meadville, Carolyn Lay of Corry and Ruth Stolz of Corry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Chaffee and his brother, Roger Chaffee. Arrangements are under the care of the Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 62 South Main Street, Union City. Friends are invited to visit at the Lincolnville Baptist Church on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 10 am to 11 am with a Celebration of Ivan's Life immediately following in the church that Saturday at 11 am with Pastor Gary Marcy officiating.
