  24. In perfect fashion of my brothers life this last five months has hit us like a wildfire burning out of control… though the last few weeks the embers calmed and we relaxed into the demise he faced. We’ve cried, we’ve laughed , we’ve shared memories, and we’ve Met with many of you in the privacy of his home paying your respects and helping us all come through. We thank you all for being here to support us, but we want you to know, we are all here to support you… Because that’s what my brother wants us to do… and that’s who he is… and that’s why we all love him equally. Little Jerry is not ready to go yet… He is more full of life than anyone we know. He lives to have fun, and to laugh, bringing joy to everyone around him. He loves all of you, his friends his family , his swim team so much that it ached to think of a life without you… He recently told me; “ I just want to shoot my guns and blow stuff up! It takes me away like nothing else matters.” For those of you who enjoyed this time with him was a special brotherhood for him. He loves you… Some may not know that he was the heart and hands behind all your city fireworks and light up nights, and even pyrotechnics in a movie shot in Pittsburgh . It made him proud to thrill all of you and see the spark in your eyes. These last 5 months of holiday celebrations without him were the least happy times of his life… being absent from you. He gave of himself like no other man I know; except my father… and he walked in life beside our dad in support and respect. I ‘ve always honored him for that… Your son Our brother father husband And uncle Will not be defined by illness… He will raise our hearts from their brokenness by being in every happy memory; Every grateful moment , when he helped us in some unselfish way. He believed in God and everlasting life, and knows he will be seeing us again some day. All HIS concerns were solely, about all of you. And how he couldn’t stay to take care of you. He truly was blessed to feel the Love, respect and adoration of all of you. We ask; Lord, please mend our broken hearts… Little Jerry , we love you forever, may we ALL be at least HALF the kind hearted person that you are… being a blessing to others and pay forward everything you gave to us… ?? Lil Sis
