Fay A. Miller Fay A. Miller, 68, of Taylor Street, Franklin, passed away at 7:49 a.m. on Friday, March 25, 2011 at home with her family. Born October 23, 1942, in Oil City, Fay was the daughter of the late Jesse James and Ruth Winters Sparks. She attended Siverly Elementary School, Lincoln Jr. High School and graduated from Oil City Senior High School. Fay was married March 24, 1984 to Philip J. Miller, Sr., and he preceded her in death on November 11, 2009. Fay had been employed at Erisco Company in Erie and also the Reno Card Company. She was also a homemaker. She had been a member of the Calvary Temple Church in Oil City since 1975. Fay enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting, reading the Bible, attending church functions, Sue Rimer' s singing and piano playing and her son, Chuck's drum playing. She enjoyed food. Her favorites were Pastor Rudy's steaks, spaghetti, Rae's macaroni salad, fudge made from her mother's recipe, Eileen's cinnamon rolls, and Janet's homemade bread. Fay is survived by her children, Carla Baker and Connie Bills of Oil City, Cynthia Bills, and her special friend, Sonny, of Sherman, Texas, Christine Irwin, and her special friend, James Platt, of Cranberry, and Charles Rode and his wife, Lucy, of Franklin; and her step-children, Tom Miller of New Lebanon, and Debra Bossard and her husband, Berk, of Conneautville. She is additionally survived by her brother, Vern Sparks and his wife, Lorraine, of Oil City; her sisters, Janet Bills of Oil City, and Cecelia Wise and her husband, Wayne, of Cranberry; and her 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren In addition to her parents and husband, Fay was preceded in death by her stepson, Philip J. Miller, Jr. , her sisters, Sandra Tate, Charlotte Hockman and Karen Beshaw, and her brother-in-law, Harold "Butch" Beshaw. Family and friends of Fay will be received at the Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, on Sunday, March 27, from 5 to 8 p.m., and also on Monday, March 28, from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, March 28 at 11 a.m., with Rev. Rudy Rimer, pastor of Calvary Temple in Oil City, officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Hill Memorial Garden. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Calvary Temple Church, 14 Harriet Avenue, Oil City PA 16301.   2. Hey grandma mom is gone so you know and I’m sure you picked her up every one is a mess with out you and really it was devastating that no one had a clue on what happen…
    I literally hate it but what am I supposed to do I was trying to take care mom stuff me and Josh but I can’t seem to actually get threw to anyone they won’t listen and if mom your reading this hey I did everything f you said to do and get no one listen you was right they did exactly what you said they would do well it’s just me now out here and I wish I was with yall too
