I only knew Ellen for about 5 years but she was always a sweetheart to me. She’s been friends with my wife’s family for years and when I entered that family she kind of became another grandmother to me. She was always kind and loving. She also made amazing Christmas dinners, and her gifts were always so thoughtful. She will be missed by my wife and I and I know I can’t wait to see her again some day in heaven

So sorry for your loss. Ellen was a very kind, loving, generous person. She definitely had the gift of hospitality, and was a very beautiful soul. She will be greatly missed.
To have Ellen in my life was a joy. She was so kind and thoughtful. Sharing dinner or tea with her always made me feel special. The table was perfectly set and the food wonderful. Her home felt like a refuge from a busy day. I am praying that God will comfort you as we grieve Ellen’s passing.
