Donna Mae Saye Donna Mae Saye, 68, of 14177 Harmonsburg Road, Meadville, died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008, at Meadville Medical Center. She was born Oct. 16, 1940, in Meadville, a daughter of the late Frederick and Grace M. Caldwell Koessling. She married Kenneth H. Saye on July 6, 1962; he preceded her in death Feb. 26, 1989. She retired as a licensed practical nurse in the pediatric department at Meadville Medical Center. She had also worked in other departments when needed. She had organized most of the hospital picnics and pediatrics functions. Surviving are two daughters, Tracy Toncich and her husband, Joseph, of East Pittsburgh, and Bobbie Jo Saye and her husband, John Sanders, of Williamsburg, Va.; two stepchildren, Terry Saye and Cindy Blume, both of Jamestown, N.Y.; five grandchildren, Elaine Sanders, Ada Sanders, Lara Kay Skinner, Michelle Sabol and T.J. Blume; and a sister, Beverly Centner and her husband, Donald, of Vancouver, Wash. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Frederick Koessling and Grace M. Koessling, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth H. Saye. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home, 544 Chestnut St., Meadville. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. David Brumagin, associate pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church of Conneaut Lake and Pastoral Care at Meadville Medical Center, officiating. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Vernon Township.
