SAEGERTOWN - David L. Myers, 81 of Saegertown, PA passed away, Sunday, December 9, 2018 at his home. He was born in Meadville, PA, on June 26, 1937, son of the late Louis and Florence Myers. He married his wife Joan on February 26, 1988, she preceded him in passing on May 30, 2016. David proudly served in the United States Army as a Sergeant First Class. He was a member of the VFW Post #2006; Life Member of Vernon VFW; Golden Age Eagle; American Legion Post #205; he enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting guns, the SciFI Channel and spending time with family. David helped take care of his grandchildren Breanna and Brandon Guelich. Survivors include his three daughters, Sharon Dunlap of FL; Lou Ann Pelich of FL; and Mindi Guelich of Saegertown, PA; two sons, Scott Marsh of PA; and David Myers, Jr. of PA; his mother-in-law Lois Walker of PA; six grandchildren, Josh Griffin and his wife Holly of CO; Laura Griffin "Mick" and her wife Nicole of NJ; Breanna Guelich; of PA Brandon Guelich of PA and Tamria Lane of PA; many cousins, nieces and nephews and his beloved cat Lucy.
