Obituary - David Grant White David Grant White, 51, of 1118 East Main St., Conneautville, died Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008, at his residence. Born Sept. 19, 1956, in Oil City, he was the son of James E. White and Doris R. Long. Mr. White worked as a draftsman for Drafto Co. in Cochranton and for D.I.C. Tool Co. in Meadville. He also had previously worked for Rusco and Traco. Mr. White was a 1975 graduate of Franklin High School and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved music, playing guitar and enjoyed playing the organ with Ed Hildebran, a dear friend of his family. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two children, Michael White and fiance, Shelly Phillips, of Meadville and Tina Whitman and husband, Robert, of Franklin; three brothers, Dale White of Franklin, William White of Erie and Brian White of Franklin; his ex-wife, Vanessa White of Meadville; and several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by a brother, Terry White in 2003; and an uncle, Paul White. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Robert W. Gardinier Funeral Home in Franklin. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Envoys Ralph and Virginia Hardeman, of the Franklin Salvation Army, officiating. Interment will be held in the Peters Cemetery.
