Cynthia Kay Shedd Cynthia Kay Shedd, 46, of 21268 Ryan Road, Meadville, died Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at her residence. She was born in Chicago, Ill., April 30, 1962, a daughter of James Luther and Frances Irene Doyle Hammond. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles, and loved the outdoors. Survivors include two daughters, Brandy Wagner of Pelham, N.C., and Amy Race of Danville, Va.; two grandchildren, Austin Edwards and Wyatt Race; two sisters, Cheryl Macaulay and her husband, Brian, of Meadville, and Lori Stevens of Indiana, Pa.; three brothers, Kevin Hammond of Meadville, James Hammond and his wife, Susan, of Commodore, and William McDonald and his wife, Sharon, of New Port Richey, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Richard Hammond. The funeral will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Roofner-Collins Funeral Home Inc., 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.
