Carolyn Faye Huff Bigley, age 68, of Franklin, passed away at 8:30 am, Monday, August 26, 2024 with her loving husband by her side.
She was the daughter of the late Lloyd Huff and Mabel Hines Huff.
Carolyn was a 1974 graduate of Rocky Grove High School. She attended Vo-Tech and studied Food Preparation.
On May 3, 1975 she married her husband of 49 years, James Bigley.
She was employed by Venango Manor, now known as Sugar Creek Station, and enjoyed making afghans, baking and gardening.
"Sis", as her husband James called her, loved to travel with her husband. They have visited the West, Canada, Florida, Georgia among other places. She always enjoyed taking a ride.
She will be remembered by her church family. When things got tough she would always ask "You want two of me, don't you?"
Surviving is her husband; James Bigley; two brothers; Lloyd Huff of Florida, James Huff and partner Lita Atwell of Cooperstown; one sister; Rhonda A. Miller and husband John of Cooperstown; many nieces and nephews; and many loving members of her husband's family: Becky Watson, Eve Bigley, Herb Bigley, Fred Bigley, Mark Handy, Derek Watson, Jacob Watson; and her caregiver; Brittney Watson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Mabel Huff; her in-laws, Ralph and Lina Bigley; a nephew, Jonathan Myers; and a brother-in-law, Daniel Bigley.
Friends will be received from 10:00 am to 12:00 NOON of Friday, August 30, 2024 at the Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home, 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, where funeral services will be held Friday at 12:00 NOON. The Rev. William Hopkins, retired Church of the Nazarene Pastor will officiate. Interment will be made in the Dempseytown Lutheran Cemetery.

I have known Carolyn and her family since we were young children. Carolyn was one of the sweetest, loving, caring gals I have ever known. She will be missed by so many. Prayers for comfort and sweet memories. Hugs and love.
