Audean B. Bleutge, a cherished resident of Meadville, Pennsylvania, lovingly passed away at the age of 100 on December 31, 2024, at Juniper Village. Born on June 18, 1924, in Crawford County, a daughter of Clarence D. and Nora Arlene Hall Bossard, Audean graced the world with her kind spirit for a remarkable century.

Audean celebrated a life filled with love and devotion. She married Joseph H. Bleutge on June 23, 1953, a partnership that brought joy and happiness until his passing on April 9, 1998. Audean began her professional journey at Talon, where she first met her husband, later continuing her career as a dedicated operator at Bell Telephone Company and later on retiring from Prudential Insurance.

Her strong faith was an integral part of her life, as she was an active member of the Epiphany of the Lord Parish and the Altar Rosary Society. Audean found joy in life’s simple pleasures, often indulging in her love for Westerns and jazz music, which filled her home with warmth and nostalgia.

Audean is survived by her sister, Patricia Brink of Kentucky, as well as several beloved nieces and nephews who will carry her memory forward. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her sister, Nancy Rideout, and two brothers, James and Clarence Bossard.
