It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Howard “Bud” Justin Kelsey, Jr., 69, of Corry, who left us on May 4, 2026, at the Oil City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Bud was born on June 25, 1956, in Erie, Pennsylvania, to Howard J. Kelsey, Sr. and Margarete Ray Kelsey. He was a devoted father, brother, and friend who will be dearly missed.

He was a member of the Sparty Sportsman’s Club, the Elgin/Beaverdam Fire Department, and a life member of the North American Hunting Club. Bud also enjoyed his time with fellow veterans at the Union City American Legion.
A lover of the outdoors, Bud found joy in hunting and fishing. He was also an avid fan of airshows, tractor pulls, and sci-fi movies, sharing these passions with family and friends.
