Daniel R. Edwards, 55, of Corry, Pennsylvania, sadly passed away on October 17, 2025, at UPMC Hamot in Erie. Born on December 26, 1969, Daniel was a lifelong resident of Corry and a proud 1988 graduate of Corry High School.

Daniel was known for his hard work and had a varied career. He worked as an autobody technician at Troyer’s, contributed to Blair Corporation, and was a familiar face around town as a delivery driver for Corry Journal. Outside of work, he found joy in riding dirt bikes, playing basketball, hunting, and fishing-passions that brought him closer to friends and family.

He is survived by his beloved mother, Grace M. Fenno Edwards of Columbus, and his brother, Dennis Edwards of Corry. Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Donald R. Edwards, and his uncle, Jerry Fenno.

Family will gather to celebrate Daniel’s life at a private burial scheduled for Lawn Cemetery of Beaverdam.

  8. I’m so sorry for your loss. Danny was such a nice guy. I have a lot of wonderful memories of him from Elementary all the way to High school. My nickname he gave me was Hash brown & he continued to call me that into adulthood. He was my mother’s paper delivery guy for many years. He took the time out of his busy day to say hello & ask her how she was doing . He will truly be missed.
