Eugene O. Loomis, Jr., 72, of Conneautville, passed away on June 19, 2024 at the Meadville Medical Center.
Born on October 7, 1951 in Conneaut, Ohio, he was the son of the late Eugene and Sarah (Coy) Loomis.
Gene proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War era.
He was married to Anna M. Donovan and she preceded him in death in 2013.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Eugene Loomis, III, Kimberly Garlick and her husband, Scott, Kathy Marie Shultz and her husband, Matt, and Patricia Tipton; his grandchildren, Kelly, Jonathan, Hope, Amber, Zach, Anthony, Jacob, Cheyenne, Dakota, Cynthia, and Anthony; and his great-grandchildren Madison, Christopher, Avery, Ronan, Kolton, and James.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Loomis.
A Celebration of Gene's Life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the New Apostolic Church, 5802 Cemetery Road, Kingsville, OH with Pastor Roger Stancliff officiating.
Arrangements are under the care of the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA. 16335.

I love Eugene Loomis Jr
My dad was everything and more to me!!! Words just can not explain my thoughts,and feelings towards him . I only wished I could have been more there for him.He will be very much missed.But I also take great comfort in knowing He’s in Eternity waiting to rejoin with the rest of us here on this earth while spending time with his family there in paradise. But most of all spending time with Our Heavenly father and his son the Lord Jesus.(“Thank you dear God for all of my Loved ones”)!!!
