Wilma Mildred Skinner, 92, formerly of Wattsburg, passed away, Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at Corry Manor. She was born October 15, 1932 in South Ripley, New York, a daughter of Fenton Jay and Mildred Arnik Adams. She married Harry Skinner on February 5, 1952, he preceded her in death.

She was employed by Union City Chair Company and Phillipsville Tavern.

Wilma enjoyed shooting pool, Seek-N-Find Puzzles, traveling and golf.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Helen Stinebiser of Union City; daughter in law, Brenda Skinner of Wattsburg; son in law Mark Clausen of Union City; grandchildren, Shannon Fogel, Jason Skinner, Joshua Skinner, Matthew Clausen, Renee Clausen, William Stinebiser, Jeremy Stinebiser, and Alicia Stinebiser; many great grandchildren; a sister Shirley Newton of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, a son, Harry Skinner, Jr.; daughter, Irene Clausen; two brothers, Raymond and Merle Adams; son in law, Bill Stinebiser; sister in law, Dorothy Adams; and brother in-law, Paul Newton.

Family will receive friends at Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 62 S. Main Street, Union City on Friday, November 8th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Wilma will be laid to rest in Lowville Cemetery, Wattsburg, Pennsylvania.
