Shirley Morrow, 89, of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, September 13th, at her home. She was born on July 24th, 1927, Poughkeepsie New York to the late Amos and Clara Stevenson Umstead.At one time she worked as CNA and was employed at the VNA. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Bean, of Franklin.Per the families request, no public services will be held.
