We have shared so many memories of good times with Shirley from toddler Tabitha tumbling out of the camper head first (not so funny at the time but it became a funny story in time) and all the fun times at the Lake, campfires, 4th of July’s and on the boat. Through the years, you were there as my children grew up. We will all miss you dearly! With Love and Sadness Lori, Chris, Tabitha, Breana, Jeremy & Jordan
Shirley and Tim were neighbors of my parents for years and we enjoyed both of them. she was always a pleasant woman and did a lot for other people. I am sorry to see her passing.
Christine, Sean, and Delaney, We are so sorry to hear of Shirley’s passing. May the many memories you shared bring you comfort during this very difficult time. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
Chris, Sean, and Delaney Our deepest sympathy to you. We know how much Shirley was a part of your life. You were her pride and joy. Although, we missed her, we were glad that she was close to you in Shippensburg. May your memories help to ease the loss and pain. We, too, will miss her but were so glad to call her and Tim our friends. Our memories will last our lifetime. Love, Joe and Lin
I am so glad that God let our lives cross paths. I am also grateful for the time spent with you in your final days. Thank you Christine for sharing your mom with us, we are only ever a call or text away.
Your Green Spring family misses you dearly sister, but we know you are smiling down on us.
My heart is broken for my dearest and beloved friend. She touched and helped a lot of folks in need and all were blessed to have known her.
I’m so glad that our paths have crossed in this life. Her memories will be in my heart too. I’m so sorry for you, Christine, Sean, Delaney, only time will give you peace and comfort. She is at peace too. Love and Blessings to all.
With deepest sympathy
My Grampa, Charlie Lehman, and I have greatly enjoyed getting to know Shirley as she became a well-loved part of our church. We will miss her smiling face and the joy she brought to all around her. You are missed but we will see you again in a place where we will never again be parted. Our prayers go to her family.
I lived across the street from Shirley for only a few years before she moved to Shippensburg. She was a lovely lady and made me feel welcome in a new town. I was single, too, and she and I shared many conversations in our front yards. I’m very sorry for your loss. Please accept my sympathy.
My sincere sympathy to the family on the passing of Shirley. We had many good times in high school at Edgewood in Ashtabula, Ohio. She had such a nice smile and was thoughtful and considerate. I am sure she was a great mother and wife.
My deepest sympathy to all of you. I was only an X-ray student when I first met Shirley at St. Vincent’s hospital. Little did I know that she would become my supervisor someday at Meadville Medical Center. Shirley always took time to listen to my concerns and give me reassuring advice. I am sadden to hear of this lovely lady’s passing, but I am happy that she spent her retiring years with her daughter who was her pride and joy. May God give all of her family comfort in this time of grief.
Christine and family,
I am so very very sorry for your loss. My heart is heavy for all of you. I just loved and worshiped Shirley so very much. She was the greatest boss to all of us who worked for her. I loved her sense of humor. She was a devoted boss, mother and wife. May God wrap his arms around all of you at this time
God bless, Diane Litwiler.
