Scott E. Strawbridge, Sr. 42, of Franklin, passed away November 17, 2017. He was born January 15, 1975, to Donald and Carol Faye (Miller) Strawbridge in Franklin, PA.Scott was a graduate of Rocky Grove High School and attended Venango Technology Center where he was trained as a machinist. He always enjoyed working on small engines. Among his other hobbies, he enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing. Left to cherish his memory are his parents of Daytona, FL; his wife, Frances Strawbridge of Franklin; his son, Scott Strawbrigde, Jr., and his wife, Christy, of Franklin; his sisters, Emily Chafin and her husband, Jeff, of St. Mary's, Georgia, and Cindy Rodgers and her husband, David, of Cumming, GA. Also, surviving is his grandmother, Verda Strawbridge, of Franklin; and his granddaughter, Addilynn Grace Strawbridge of Franklin; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Scott was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald Strawbridge, Sr., and Harry and Gladys Miller; and his aunt, Carolyn Harry.Scott loved his family deeply and his family reflects that "He is no longer in pain, and will always be in our hearts."
