Born in: Canton, Ohio
Resided in: Franklin, Pennsylvania

Rosina Ann Bean (Lowther), 73, of Franklin, PA, passed away at the Marquette Hospice House in Meadville, PA, on October 26, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Surrounded by her loving family, she was welcomed into the arms of the Lord.

Born on August 3, 1952, Rosina was a devoted follower of Christ, a loving wife, and a cherished mother. She and her beloved husband, Frank Bean, shared 46 years of love and companionship. Rosina’s life was a testament to her unwavering faith, and she dedicated herself to sharing the love of God with all those she met. She was a bright light in the lives she touched, her smile, and her warmth and kindness made everyone she encountered feel like a friend.

Her greatest joys were spending time with her family, making others smile, and staying connected with those she loved. Rosina had a passion for coloring, reading scripture, writing letters and cards to her friends and family, and doting on those she held dear. She faced life with a positive outlook, remaining steadfast in her faith until the very end. Rosina knew her God personally and trusted Him in each step of her passing through this earth.

God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.
1 John 4:16b

Rosina is survived by her husband, Frank Bean; sons Joshua Bean (Kristin), Andrew Bean, Benjamin Bean (Veeka); and daughter Hannah McFeaters (Lucas). She is also survived by her brothers George Lowther (Betty Lou), John Lowther (Susan), and Philip Lowther (Paula). In addition, Rosina is lovingly remembered by her seven grandchildren: Anthony, Elizabeth, Aiden, Mirandah, Samuel, Easton, and Katelyn.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at The Marquette Hospice House, Titusville Hospital, and the Yolanda G. Barco Cancer Center in Meadville, PA, for their compassionate care during Rosina’s journey.
