Robert L. Crosley Sr., 65, of 18753 Williams St., Meadville, died Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, at Hamot Medical Center, Erie.
Born May 27, 1944, in Meadville, he was a son of Cecil and Dorothy Harris Crosley. On June 22, 1974, he married Debbie Woods.
He was a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War.
He was employed in the maintenance department at AA Precisioneering Inc. He had previously worked at Spaulding Inc.
He enjoyed fishing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Debbie Crosley of Meadville; one son, Robert Crosley and his wife, Melinda, of Meadville; two daughters, Heather Crosley-Kightlinger of Saegertown, and Amber Crosley and her fianc�, Josh Ritteger, of Meadville; five grandchildren, Marc Kightlinger, Alex Kightlinger, Noah Kightlinger, Robby Crosley and Anthany Crosley; one sister, Brenda Long and her husband, Walter, of Erie; one sister-in-law, Patty McBlain of Meadville; one brother, Ray Crosley and his wife, Helen, of Guy Mills; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Crosley; his mother, Dorothy Harris; and two brothers, Russ Looney and Richard Sterling.
Calling hours are Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home Inc., 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.
The funeral and committal service follow at noon at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gene Kennett of Interfaith Worship Center officiating.
A Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2006 military service will follow.
