Randall “Randy” Edward Richards, 51, of New Castle, passed away on February 16, 2025 at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh with his family at his side.

Born on July 9, 1973 in Franklin he was the son of Shirley Jean (Seely) Richards and the late Edward Harry Richards.

Randy was a graduate of Rocky Grove High School. He was a truck driver for PGT Trucking.

On July 22, 2022, he married his soul mate, the former Michelle Wolf, in a fairy tale wedding hosted in a castle at Stonewall Golf Course. It was a match made in heaven.

He was a jokester and loved to make people laugh. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, 4-wheelers and side by sides, especially if there was a poker run involved. He loved spending time with his son, Tyler, working in the garage together.

He and Michelle just started a DJ’ing business where they provided entertainment for Vacationland Camp Ground and numerous weddings and other events.

He was an all around genuinely good guy who would give you the shirt off his back if asked.

Left to cherish his memory along with his wife, Michelle of New Castle and his son, Tyler of Franklin is his mother, Shirley Richards of Rocky Grove; his sister Julie Dombroski and her husband, John, of Crafton, PA; his aunts Kay Shouey of Franklin, and Diane Seely of Salem, OH; and his uncle, Dan Seely and his wife, Janice, of Meadville. He will be missed by his furry companion, Skye. He is further survived by his sisters-in-law Colleen Peters and her husband, Dennis, and Laurie Godel all of Erie, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Helen and Daniel Seely and his paternal grandparents, Harry and Florence Richards.

Guests will be received at the Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, on Wednesday, February 19th from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. 15. God has gotten an angel that will lighten up the heavens just as he has here with us. Randy has touched everyone he had met with his own little spark and will be missed by many. I loved our friendship you, Michelle and I had, we were in our own little world when we were together. I will never forget the night when we were out and having a great time and you decided you needed my bra more than I did (on the walk back to the hotel room) so I gave it to you and Michelle and I struggle but got it on you… we all laughed so much we almost peed our pants… I will miss your laugh (the almost giggle one). Fly high my dear friend and I will watch for your signs when you come to say hello! I LOVE YOU❤️❤️
