Born in: Meadville, Pennsylvania
Resided in: Meadville, Pennsylvania

Patricia Ann Tracy, 92, of Meadville, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 3, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 3, 1933, in Meadville to George H. Smith and Agnes A. Baird, Patricia was a lifelong resident of the community she cherished.

Patricia married the love of her life, John R. Tracy, on May 30, 1952, and they celebrated many wonderful years together until he preceded her in death on November 23, 1992. She was a true homemaker, always nurturing and caring for her family, and she often watched the children of friends, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.

A familiar face at Stone United Methodist Church, she loved spending time with her friends, particularly enjoying meals at the Bistro with her friends/owners Lester and Maria and at Perkins with their friendly staff. Patricia had a creative side; she enjoyed crocheting and indulged in various arts and crafts projects. She loved having visitors at her home and could often be found sitting on her porch, watching the world go by, and delighting in decorating her home for every holiday.

Patricia is survived by her daughters, Diana L. Perry of Cochranton and Kathryn Spataro (John) of Meadville; her grandchildren Marissa Spataro (Victoria), Megan Hays (Troy), Andrea Sheckler (Travis), Lindsey Jones (Jerry), and Carly Spataro (Akash); and great-grandchildren Emilee McDonough (Bryce), Alivia Hays, Aubrey Sheckler, Mara Sheckler, Ryder Jones, Aria Chanda, and Anika Chanda. She is also survived by her brother Robert Smith (Kay) of Meadville, her son-in-law Ilmars “Chico” Liepins, special friends Karen Barr, Dottie Grater, Charlene Horvat, and Lukay Weatherby Traylor, as well as a special nephew Dan Smith and great niece Emily Smith. She leaves behind step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, and countless nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss her dearly.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband John, her parents, her daughter Cindy Liepins, her brother Richard Smith and his wife Virginia, and a son in law, Dan Perry.

Visitation will be held at the Ryan M. Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 544 Chestnut Street, Meadville on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Ken Hough, officiating.
