Norman "Rick" Bromley, 75, of Greytown Road, Centerville, passed away, Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Saint Vincent Health Center in Erie. He was born on May 18, 1938 in Titusville, a son of Norman C. Bromley and Gladys Metcafe Bromley. He married Catherine L. Mann, she survives.
Rick was a graduate of Townville High School and served his country with the US Navy on the USS Torsk Submarine.
He worked for Grand Valley Manufacturing Company as an electrician.
Rick was a member of Tryonville United Methodist Church and the VFW.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, nascar, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
In addition to his loving wife, Catherine L. Bromley of Centerville he is survived by four daughters, Melcenia Edmondson and her husband Vern of Youngsville, Cynthia Stafford and her husband Barry of Waterford, Dina Warner and her husband Kenneth of Centerville, and Patricia Londono and her husband Juan Carlos of Texas; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Antill of Virginia; four brothers, Lawrence Bromley and his wife Irene of Centerville, William Bromley and his wife Carol of Cherry Tree, James Bromley and his wife Chris of Meadville, and Roger Bromley and his wife Sandy of Jamestown, New York; close friends, Emery and Judy Terrill; and many nieces and nephews.
Rick was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Myrtle, Betty, and Nancy.
Family and friends are welcome to call on Wednesday, January 8th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Willis L. Arnold Funeral Home, 33353 N. Main Street, Townville. The funeral service will follow at 4:00pm at the funeral home with Pastor Frank Weingard, officiating.
Burial will take place in Tryonville Cemetery.

Rick was a very special man. I had the opportunity to work with him for thirteen years at GVM. He was always smiling no matter what, gave good adivce and always made situations seem small. The cookouts that you would all host for our GVM familiy will never be forgotten.

Extending my sympathy to all the Bromley Family for your loss of “Ricky”. I knew him when we were much younger and had family get-to-gathers.
