Norma Golding Lozier

Norma Golding Seltzer Lozier, age 88 of Union City, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, March 12, 2018. She was born in Union City on May 19, 1929, the daughter of the late J. Seaver Seltzer and Velma Golding Seltzer. Norma graduated from Wattsburg High School in 1946. She was an active member of the Union City Alliance Church. She loved making blankets for the babies in the church and for family members. She was a devoted wife and mother that spent her time raising her children and helping with the grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Lyle Lynn Lozier in 2016, a sister Marian Seltzer, two brothers Gordon and Nelan Seltzer, and a son-in-law John Mitchell. Norma is survived by her three sons, Darrell (Rhonda) Lozier, Daniel (Georgia) Lozier, and David (D. Kay) Lozier all of Union City, two daughters, Diana Mitchell of Vermilion, Ohio and Denise DiGiacomo of Erie. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Bridget, Kevin, Nicole, Alicia, Philip, Steven, Eric Scott, Darren, and seven great grandchildren. She has one surviving sister, Shirley Bedow. A memorial service will be held at the Union City Alliance Church, 2 Dowman Street, Union City, PA 16438 on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11:00 am. Memorials may be made to the Union City Alliance Church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Final resting place is in Maplewood Cemetery, Hatch Hollow. Arrangements are being handled by Warren-Glenn Funeral Home., 62 S. Main Street, Union City, PA.
