Our family was so sorry to hear about Nate’s passing. I am the niece of his wife Lucile, and my husband John and I live in Detroit. Our three children Mark, now 51, Bill 49 and Kathy absolutely loved him when they were children. He took them for rides on his lawn tractor, had them dive for quarters when they went swimming, and went skating with them. We all live out of state and had completely lost track of him when he no longer answered mail at the Perry Highway address. We were worried that he was sick and alone. We didn’t know that he had a son. It is a great comfort to all of us to know that he was not alone, but with a loving family. We are happy that you were there for him.
