  1. Sending Prayers to the family ?? He was my substitute teacher in 3rd grade when Mrs Kluck was on maternity leave..we just loved him!

  2. Mr. Rodemoyer was my 6th grade teacher back in 2007. He was one of my favorite teachers from Elementary School. In my 6th Grade year my dad, was in a really bad accident at his work and there for a long time it didn’t look like he was going to make it. Mr. Rodemoyer was huge support to me during that time. He was huge advocate for me to see the counselors whenever it seemed like I was struggling and took extra time out his schedule to help me during study halls so I wouldn’t fall behind . My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this hard time. He truly was an amazing person and an inspiration to all.

  3. My daughter had him for a teacher and he was a wonderful man. My Heart breaks for his family. May God give you comfort and peace. He will be missed!

  8. Mr.Rodemoyer was a great teacher. Not only did he teach me math equations but he taught me to keep my head up. When I had him he had this one item on his desk that I loved and he said I could have it at the end if the year. I still have it. I’m sad I never really saw him after that year.

  9. Our hearts & prayers are with you. We are both stunned & saddened at the news of Mike’s illness & passing. Mike was a good friend to us at Huntington College. He was in our wedding in 1996 & we were blessed to witness his to Melissa. As we remember him, we are both laughing & crying over so many funny memories together. We regret not staying in touch through the years. We are happy to read that Mike was a beloved father, teacher, coach & Sunday school teacher & singer. That was the Mike we knew. Kind. Devoted. We look forward to seeing you in Heaven, Mike.

  13. Mike was one of a kind and a great friend in college. So many great memories of him.
I never would have guessed my freshman year that this walk on golfer from Westen PA, who was pretty different than me, would become such a good a friend. But, that was the Mike I knew, good-hearted, kind, very funny, eager to learn about others, a big sports fan, hard working, and loyal as can be. A really, really good friend in the truest sense of the word. What a privilege it was to know him and spend four years of life together.
My prayers are with his family, and I hope his legacy lives on with them.
Ryan Groves, college friend and teammate

  14. One of the best teachers I know that ever taught. In the world if anyone had asked who one of my favorite teachers were i would pick him.?? R.I.P
