Marjorie was my first friend when we moved to Seneca in third grade. We went to school together, played together, and got along well all the way through school. There are no words to express the shock I felt when I read of Marges’ passing. She was such a sweet, and no nonsense kind of lady. Her words of encouragement carried me through when they were needed. She offered unselfishly betterment to her community, and was there to serve when anyone needed a helping hand. I remember listening to her stories (especially re: Dr. Pepper) and sharing in her bellyfull laughs. In the short time I had the pleasure of knowing her, she was such an inspiration to me and an amazing woman! I am so sorry for your loss! You and your family continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. While we have lost an amazing woman, Heaven has gained an Awesome Angel.
I am deeply sorry and shocked for your loss.
Mr. Sheffer, I had no idea your wife had passed. I pray God will be with you and give you peace. While death seems like the end, if you believe in Jesus Christ, he will forgive you and forgive your sins. You gave me a swat once and I deserved it. I got two at home. They helped shape me in my life. I became a 2LT in the Army retiring as a Colonel (06) Thank you for maintaining a standard! Diana Vogus, Rocky Grove Elementary School.
