Marie A. Hays, 65, of Atlantic, passed away, Thursday, June 11, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She was born on August 7, 1954 in Greenville, Pennsylvania a daughter of James Schiava and Shirley Custer Schiava. She married Robert A. Hays on December 1, 1973.
She was a graduate of Reynolds High School.
Marie enjoyed bingo, shuffleboard, playing cards, camping, attending car shows, but most of all she loved taking care of her family.
She is survived by her husband, Robert A. Hays of Atlantic; two sons, Todd A. Hays of Edinboro and Troy R. Hays and his wife Megan of Atlantic; two granddaughters, Emilee and Alivia Hays both of Atlantic; four sisters, Nancy Russell and her husband Robert of Cochranton, Terri Russell and her husband Hiram of Cochranton, Mary Battles and her husband Mike of Greenville, and Chrissy Ekis and her husband Kenny of Atlantic; two brothers, August Schiava of Edinboro and James Schiava of Greenville; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents.
There will be no services held at this time.
