Loren K. Smith, 70, of Corry, passed away in the mid-afternoon hours of Tuesday, October 26, 2021.

Born April 13, 1951 in Corry, he was the son of Merl K. and Helen R. (Lindsey) Smith; his mother survives him. He was a graduate of Corry High School, class of 1969.

After graduating, he proudly enlisted in the United States Navy, where he was Honorably discharged for his service after completing his term.

As a true craftsman, Loren worked in construction, mostly as a laborer. He spent many years of his life on the road, traveling to wherever his job took him and he enjoyed working with his hands in his spare time as well.

Loren was preceded in death by his father, Merl K. Smith.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Funeral services for Loren will be held at a later date and will be announced in Spring 2022 at the convenience of the family.
