My happiest memories of Aunt Mick is when, in the summer time, she’d drive down Old Mercer Rd. & pick my sister, Jeanne, and me up to visit our cousins. Debbie, Darlene, Jeanne and I would swim in the pond for hours along with the frogs and the water snakes. I remember riding Debbie’s pony, Fury, with Darlene and her pony, and I remember the sleepovers we had in the hay loft of the barn. Then, Aunt Mick would drop her two tired, but happy nieces off at our mailbox on Old Mercer Rd. & home we’d go. Thanks for the memories, Aunt Mick.
Lois was such a sweet lady. I met her years ago when I was in need of child care information for my young children . I enjoyed sitting there at Child Care Information Center talking to her about my life in general and all sorts of other things, as she was chatty, and so am I. After my kids were all grown, I would still run into Lois at shop n save, and we would chat. She was such a nice woman to talk to, and always had a smile on her face. I will certainly miss running into her. My condolences go out to her family.
to the family mick green. sorry for lost .norm and jaunita woods
What a lady….I was a commercial truck driver and I remember her so well in the shipping department in the late 70’s & 80’s at CPT. Always a joy to talk to her. Such a gentle lady, not one hair out of place and always looked like she stepped out of a magazine. She never failed to not talkabout her family she loved so much and her animals. 67 years Married to her sweetheart what a blessing. What I know of her she will be sadly missed by her family she loved and talked about. Alan Walter
