Linda B. Shull, 72, of Oil City passed away on September 14, 2025 at the Oil City Health Care and Rehabilitation Center with family at her side.
Born in Titusville, PA on May 27, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Mabel (Snyder) Ellis. On February 28, 1976, she married David E. Shull and they were married for 42 years until his passing on July 30, 2018.
Linda had a love for horses and in her younger years, she showed her horse at horse shows. She also enjoyed needlepoint, crocheting, and gardening. Her family that her late husband and her built was her world.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Todd Shull of Oil City, Tammy Brosnahan and her husband, Mike, of Emlenton, Theresa Schnitzer and her husband, Jason, of Oil City, Kevin Monks and his wife, Debra, of Texas and Stacie Ray and her husband, Tony, of Texas; her grandchildren Marieh Masterson and her husband, Jeremy, Hailey Crisafi and her husband, Devin, Samantha Shull, Mikalah Shull, Davidson Shull, Nicole Anthony, Jesse Anthony, Ashley Groger, Paxton Schnitzer, Steven Kroskey and his wife, Stephanie, Shane Carter and his wife, Hailey, and Jacob Carter and his wife, Lauren; her 4 great grandchildren; and her sisters Twila Batson of Michigan and Ellen Ellis of New York.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Arvin, Melvin, Merle, and Lynn.
In following with Linda’s wishes, no public services will be observed and arrangements are in the care of Gardinier-Warren Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin, PA 16323.
Linda will be laid to rest next to her husband in Lamey Cemetery.
