Lenora Scannell, 79, formerly of Meadville, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2026, at Pleasant Ridge Manor in Girard. Born on May 5, 1946, in Meadville, Lenora was the beloved daughter of Nicolas Terregino and Rose Dimaio Terregino.
She was a proud member of the Church of God and found joy in spending time with her beloved cats. Lenora cherished special moments shopping and grabbing coffee with her sister, Mary. She is survived by her son, Andrew DeJohn, her sister Mary Terregino, and many loving nieces and nephews. Lenora was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held privately, with a burial to follow at Saint Brigid Cemetery. In honor of Lenora’s love for animals, the family requests that any memorial contributions be made in her memory to the Crawford County Humane Society, located at 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, Pennsylvania 16335.
